Dayline

Billing, cancellation, and refunds

Effective October 12, 2026 · Version 2026-10-12

$29 USD per month. A 14-day trial without a card. No automatic charge when the trial ends. Cancel renewal anytime.

Trial and paid subscription

Your trial starts on first access to your verified workspace. No card is required, and the trial does not automatically convert to paid. If you subscribe during the trial, your first payment and paid period start immediately. The subscription is $29 USD per month for one business and one owner, plus any applicable tax shown before purchase. Paid subscriptions automatically renew monthly at the disclosed price until canceled. Your payment authorization happens in checkout, separately from creating an account.

Cancel without losing your paid time

Open Billing, choose Manage billing, and confirm cancellation in the billing portal. You can cancel at any time before the next renewal is processed. The page displays your paid-through date and whether renewal is off. Ordinary cancellation keeps paid access through that date and does not automatically issue a refund. If the portal is unavailable or you cannot sign in, email support@whitebirchhq.com from your account email. We will honor a verifiable cancellation request received before renewal, including correcting a charge caused by a delay in handling it.

After access expires, you can still view existing records and use supported exports; creating or editing business records is restricted. Cancellation does not delete your data. To close and delete an account, follow the instructions in the Privacy notice.

First-payment guarantee and renewal refunds

If Dayline is not right for your business, request a full refund of your first subscription payment within 14 calendar days of that payment. Email support@whitebirchhq.com from the account email; no explanation is required. This guarantee applies once per business, not each time you restart a subscription.

Renewal payments are generally nonrefundable and we do not ordinarily prorate unused days after cancellation. We correct duplicate, incorrect, or unauthorized charges and honor refunds required by law. Contact us about exceptional circumstances; we will consider them in good faith. Nothing here limits your legal rights or card dispute rights.

A first-payment refund cancels renewal and ends the refunded paid entitlement when processed; existing records remain available for viewing and supported export. We aim to review refund requests within five business days. Approved refunds go to the original payment method; your bank or processor controls when they appear. Ordinary cancellation without a refund always retains the paid period.

Failed payments, price changes, and client invoices

If a payment fails, Stripe may retry it and ask you to update your payment method. Paid functionality may be restricted when paid entitlement expires; the billing page shows your status. Contact support if you think access is incorrect. We provide at least 30 days of notice before a subscription price increase applies at a future renewal, allowing you to cancel first.

This policy covers payments to White Birch Ventures LLC for Dayline only. Payments for catering belong to the caterer-client relationship and the applicable payment provider terms. Contact the caterer for event refunds or disputes. Dayline adds no percentage fee to client payments under the current plan; processor fees still apply.
